ZigZagSupply.com only ships within the US. We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders over $30. For orders under that amount, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 12PM EST are shipped same day. Orders processed after 12PM EST are shipped the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

ZigZagSupply.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns:
Accessories may be returned at no cost within 30 days of delivery due to manufacturing defects or damages. We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used. Please contact us here to inquire about a return.
