Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 12PM EST are shipped same day. Orders processed after 12PM EST are shipped the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns
Accessories may be returned at no cost within 30 days of delivery due to manufacturing defects or damages. We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used. Please contact us here to inquire about a return

We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping (First Class/Priority/Express).
